Who we are
The Permanent Method provides in-person permanent makeup training at The Archery Collective, 1330 Jersey Ave S, St. Louis Park, MN 55426.

What we collect when you contact us
Our contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address, mobile number, which course you are interested in, your current licensing status, and your message.
That information is sent to our inbox and is used for one purpose: to answer you and to discuss training. We keep inquiries indefinitely, so that we can look back at earlier conversations with returning students. If you would like your inquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it.
We do not add you to a mailing list. Sending us an inquiry is not a subscription, and we do not run marketing email from this website. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, ever.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through the site, so we can make it more useful. It tells us things like which pages are read, roughly where visitors are in the world, and whether they arrived from a search engine, a social link, or typed the address directly.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and also records interactions such as scrolling, clicks on links that lead away from the site, and file downloads. We have not enabled Google Ads features or advertising personalization, and we do not use this data to target advertising.
We never send your name, email address, phone number, or anything else you typed into the contact form to Google Analytics.
You can opt out. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, and Google publishes a browser add-on that turns Google Analytics off across every site you visit. You can block these cookies and still use the website and the contact form.
Payments
Course payments are handled entirely by Square. Card details are entered on Square’s systems. We never see or store them. This website never sees, receives, or stores your card number. Square’s handling of your payment is covered by their own privacy policy.
Who else is involved
A small number of companies process data on our behalf, purely to make the site work:
- DreamHost hosts the website and its server logs.
- Google Analytics provides the visitor statistics described above.
- Square processes course payments.
- Google receives mail sent to our address, because our inbox forwards to Gmail.
Nobody else receives your information, unless we are required to disclose it by law.
Age
Our training is for adults. This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email thepermanentmethod@gmail.com and we will respond. There is no charge, and asking will never affect your place on a course.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will note material changes here.
