Refund and Cancellation Policy

These are the terms that apply to every course booking. They are the same terms shown at checkout when you register.

Course fees are non-refundable. This applies to the deposit and to the remaining balance.

Class deposits are nonrefundable and may be transferred once to the next class given a 45-day notice.

The remainder of the class balance is due one week before class starts.

Missing any scheduled days will result in incompletion of the course and failure to receive your certificate.

If you are a Minnesota resident, please complete the application for a Temporary Tattoo License at least 14 days before class starts. Failure to do so will result in you not being able to take a live model.

If you are an out-of-state resident, you may need to apply for a guest license. Contact us for more information.
